工作职责:
To outperform sales expectatio in the designated territory. 完成区域销售目标。
? To cotruct and manage the distribution channel in designated territory under strategic orientation from Regional Manager. 按照部门的战略布局,建设与管理区域销售渠道。
? Frequent travel and techique support in the OR, exposure in the X-Ray envirement with protection. Establish academic partnehip to KOLs and manage KOL relatiohip through frequent co-operation in professional education. 频繁的出差,能够在有防护措施的放射环境下在手术室内为临床医生提供即时的专业技术支持;并通过大量专业教育的工作方式建立与维护与KOL的学术合作联系。
? Respoible for the development and management of all sales and academic activities in the assigned region. 负责区域内所有销售与学术活动的组织规划与管理。
? Take the lead and represent the SBU in tendering, hospital entry application process, etc. 代表部门参加在区域内的招标等准入工作。
? Provides timely feedback on market issues to Regional Manager, and eure collection of post-operative follow-up information as required by the SBU. 及时向大区经理反馈市场信息,确保按照部门要求完成术后随访信息的收集
任职要求:
Bachelor’s degree or Mechanical degree holder. Major in Clinical Medicine or Biologic Science will be a plus. 本科学位或大专毕业。临床医学或生物科学专业优先。
? Mature in interpeonal communication, presentation skill will be a plus. 具备成熟的人际沟通能力。有突出演讲能力者优先。
. High command of integrity and honesty. 高度重视诚实与正直的品质。
? Minimum 4 yea’ experience in clinical sales and/or key account sales role in Medical device or over 6 yea in Pharmaceutical industry. 在医疗器材从事临床销售或大客户销售工作至少4年或者医药销售工作至少6年的行业背景。
? Result-oriented, self-motivated and highly efficient in execution. 以结果为导向,自我激励者,高效执行者。
? Quick learner in new technology and knowledge. 能够快速学习新技术与新知识。
