Main Job Respoibilities:

* Costs, timing and quality respoibility during project development steps, till 3 months after SOP

负责项目在开发阶段至批量生产后3个月期间，项目成本，时间和质量管控

* Reports to Head of PM Asia and program manager group leader

汇报给项目部经理和亚太区项目经理

* Develop strong relatiohips and manage the ongoing negotiatio with the customer as the official RA representative

作为RA 代表，与客户建立良好的人际关系，持续性磋商。

* maintai communicatio with custome and supplie to monitor their schedules and identifies, reports potential problems and lead problem solving analysis in order to implement corrective actio to solve them

与客户及供应商保持沟通，监督其计划，识别报告潜在问题，主导问题分析解决以执行正确的改善性措施。

* Coordinate internally project activities during project development steps, till 3 months after SOP

在产品开发至项目批量生产后3个月，协调项目内部事宜。

* APQP follow up, sharing single tasks respoibility with project team

APQP 跟踪，与项目团队分享单一任务职责

* Other duties assigned by the head of PM during project development

在项目开发阶段由首席项目经理委派的其他职责

Job Requirments：

* Technical study Bachelor

技术类专业学士学位

* Min 5 yea experience in automotive industry project management position

至少5年汽车行业项目管理职位工作经历

* Very good english

优秀的英语水平

* Preferential experience in plastic industry

塑胶行业优先

* Very Familiar with APQP, PPAP,PMP and other management skills

熟悉APAP,PPAP,PMP 和其他管理技术

* SAP management skills, like ERP and c-projects

SAP 系统管理要求，例如ERP和C-projects

* Have knowledge of OEM’s procedure..

了解整车厂 体系流程

Skill/ Qualification Requirments:

* Good Communication skills.

优秀的沟通技巧

* Good English writte spoken ability

优秀英语书面及口语能力

* Experienced in plastic process(Moulding, welding..)

塑胶工艺（模具/焊接）经验

* Very familar with APQP, FEMA, TS16949 etc procedure

熟悉APQP, FEMA,TS16949等体系
