/1-定义其负责项目的产品生产工艺流程
-参与其负责部分的成本计算(资源,包装,流程等)
-评估产品设计所涉及的工艺要求
-向项目组提出满足项目,客户,工厂三方都期望的工艺规划
-实施VSM ,确认它被工厂执行,并实时随资源变更而变更。
-和项目组及工厂人员一起,领导研究投资节约的工作。
-关注接收方的精准生产要求及美嘉SPM标准。
-依照生产工艺标准,定义设备功能(包含装配,涂装,表面处理及包装)
- 起草自动化设备功能定义。
-负责制定过程FMEA,包含客户特别要求及相关产品设计中的工艺相关约束条件。
- 验证供应商提出的技术解决方案(或在专家支持下),使其遵循集团工业化部门制定的执行标准。
-监督项目相关外协零件的生产。
-使用工业化集成计划管理项目移交过程的知识资源。
-依照客户标准,在全面运作阶段,执行并检查验证工艺开发执行效果。
-向标准制定人员提交所遇到的问题
-遵循法律法规、方法及工业化工具开发标准

-在功能定义发往供应商招标前,从受让方的角度去模拟工艺解决方案的实施。
-评估项目绩效指标,并采取相应的改正措施
-加强项目内信息交流,培养团队精神
-实时汇报自己的工作(预算管理,进度计划,性能水平等)

-和工厂一起,验收工业化资源,以达到项目目标
-制定必须的措施改进结果
-和相关方一起,制定项目反馈文件
/4 –参与工艺的创新开发
-和创新工程师一起,提出创新性的解决方案,加强并开发标准文库
-向项目组成员介绍客户及供应商的相关标准。
-从接受方角度,实施测试或开发要求以验证新的标准。
职位要求:
1.熟悉注塑工艺,有工程经验(检查夹具或模具)
2.熟练掌握 AUTO CAD (能在Pro或CATIA系统中使用3D数据 )
3.熟悉常见的制造流程和三坐标测量机测量
4.良好的沟通能力和协作精神,注重细节
5.英语流利。
Job description,
1-Define the process and industrialisation of production resources for his/her assigned projects
- Take part in costing for his/her area of activity (resources, packaging, flow, etc.)
- Incorporate process cotraints in the product design
- Provide the project team with industrial scenarios that meet the expectatio of the project/customeplant
- Initiate VSM, eure it is taken into account by the plant when resources are traferred and eure monitoring
- Within the project and with the plant, lead work aimed at reducing the costs of investments
- Take into account the receiving site's Lean Manufacturing requirements and the Mécaplast Production System (SPM) standards
- In line with industrialisation standards for production resources, define equipment specificatio (assembly, paint, finish and packaging)
- Contribute to specificatio for control mea
- Be respoible for performing process FMECAs, including those required from supplie and for taking into account process-related cotraints in Product-Process design
- Validate the technical solutio proposed by supplie (with support from the experts), which must be in line with the group standards defined by the Industrial department.
- Monitor the production of resources and peripheral components for his/her projects
- Manage the trafer of knowledge required for launch using the industrial integration plan (managed by the Launch Manager).
- Carry out and check process developments and validate results during Full Operation Days or Full Operation Assessments based on customer standards.
- Capitalise on problems encountered as they arise with people respoible for standards.
- Comply with the rules, methodologies and industrial tools of the development standard.
2 - Lead his/her activity
- Based on the objectives of his/her project, lead and provide continuous support to the project team.
- With the receiving site, organise /mock/projects to eure the industrial solution is applied in the field before specificatio are sent to supplie for invitatio to tender
- Monitor performance indicato for his/her project and take corrective action if necessary
- Eure information is communicated within the team and foster team spirit
- Report on his/her activity (budget monitoring and estimated time to completion, schedule, performance level, etc.)
3 – Manage process qualification for his/her assigned projects
- Based on the objectives of his/her project, qualify industrialised resources with the plant
- Make the necessary decisio to optimise his/her results
- Produce a file containing feedback about the project with all stakeholde
4 – Participate in developing innovative solutio
- Put forward innovative solutio to enhance or develop the standards libraries, in conjunction with the Innovation Enginee
- Provide the project team with information from customer or supplier benchmarks
- With the receiving site, implement the tests or developments required to validate new standards
Job Requirements:
1.Engineering experience(checking fixtures or molds)

4.Be proficient in AUTO CAD(be able to deal with 3D data in Pro/E or CATIA)
5.Familiarity with common manufacturing processes and CMM measurement
