Propose technical solutio and guarantee the reliability of them

Eure the smooth running of tests with or without the presence of the PPO 无论是否具备PPO都要确保测试的平稳运行

Lend their experience to help with defining injection systems, define withdrawal and production rates, and provide technical support to the PPO from the tooling pre-studies

and up to the start of mass production

2.Provision of expertise

提供专业知识

Assist with the technical definition of the equipment approval coultation file, searching for the best solutio

协助设备审批咨询文件的技术定义，寻找***解决方案

Validate shrinkage coefficients to be applied to tooling

验证应用于模具的收缩系数

Eure follow-up pla of action during tests

确保测试过程中的行动计划

Use work tools daily (tooling standard, technical injection file, etc.)

使用日常工作工具（模具标准，技术注塑文件等）

Participate in moulding meetings and the development of tooling specificatio

参与注塑模具的会议和模具规格的开发

Provide technical support to the PPO and tooling manufacture

为PPO和模具制造商提供技术支持

3.Check costing, feasibility, cycle times, processes

检查成本、可行性、周期时间、流程

Liaise with R&I

与R&I联系

Offer innovative solutio

提供创新的解决方案

Knowledge of plastic materials and injection machines

Experience in production

具备生产经验
