Key Focus:
1. Provide “one-stop shopping” for HR needs of site/business unit
2. Design and align processes with company standards and site or business strategies
3. Provide HR coulting expertise to manage and employees to maximize organization effectiveness
4. Drive change management process to assimilate organization into company culture
Accountabilities:
1. Shares accountability with site/ business unit leadehip for reaching and exceeding production and/or other performance metrics
2. Recommend HR strategy for site/business unit based on company values, knowledge of business strategy, employee needs and HR best practice
3. Interprets and administe bargaining agreements with respect to grievances, wages and benefits, union and management practices and other contractual stipulatio
4. Coistent application of site work rules and company policy and procedures
5. Assure fair and equitable treatment of employees and compliance with all applicable laws and policies
6. Proactively coult with and advise site management/business unit management on organizational issues affecting performance
7. Drive effective communicatio process at site/within business unit
Respoibilities:
1. Communicate regularly with all levels at site/business unit
2. Maintain relatiohip with bargaining unit representatives
3. Serve as a link between management and employees by handling questio, interpreting and administering contracts and helping resolve work-related problems
4. Analyze and modify compeation and benefits policies to establish competitive programs and eure compliance with legal requirements
5. Administer compeation, benefits and performance management systems, and safety and recreation programs
6. Represent site/business unit needs for proper support and engagement in site/business effort
7. Implement organization efforts and HR initiatives to improve organizational effectiveness
8. Eure HR work processes and supporting communication in and between skill center and generalist roles performs in an efficient, effective manner
Identify staff vacancies and recruit, interview and select applicants together with hiring manage
9. Plan and conduct new employee orientation to foster positive attitude toward organizational objectives
10. Plan, organize, direct, control or coordinate the peonnel, training, or labor relatio activities
11. Perform difficult staffing duties, including dealing with undetaffing, refereeing disputes, firing employees, and administering disciplinary procedures
12. Represent organization at peonnel-related hearings and investigatio
Qualification Requirements:
1. Bachelor’s degree or above with major in Human Resources, Finance, or Business Administration is preferred
2. Good knowledge in peonnel recruitment, selection, training, compeation and benefits, labor relatio and negotiation, performance management and peonnel information systems are required
3. Experience in establishing HR policies and procedures for manufacturing organization based on relevant laws and regulatio is required
4. Experience in maintaining relatiohips with union / bargaining unit representatives is preferred
5. Excellent communication skills in English and Mandarin are required
6. Experience in a multinational environment is required
7. Strong see of business ethics, integrity, confidentiality, seitivity, self discipline, job ownehip and accountability are required
8. Good skills on active listening, logic & critical thinking, judgment and decision making, complex problem solving, time management, and good team spirit are required.
9. Demotrated ability to successfully lead change management processes is preferred
