职位描述：
Essential Duties and Respoibilities – 主要工作职责
Take part in APQP of project management: identification customer specific requirement, milestone review, evaluation delivery sampling and correct action plan, customer site functional trials, error-proofing, tooling and equipment tryouts.
参与开发前期规划：客户标准识别、节点评审、交样评定、装车实际确认及问题点改善，防呆防措装置和设备的试用。
Take part in the gauge design, respoible the gauge acceptance ipection.
参与检具设计，负责检具的验收及说明书的制定。
Respoible and provide engineering change support and prepare and update to documents
负责和提供工程变更的支持及文件的准备、更新。
Respoible to quality management and promotion and assurance for the new projects.
新产品开发的品质策划、管理、提升和保证。
Take part in new projects trafer.
参与新项目移转。
Prepares PPAP documents.
PPAP文件的准备。
Pre-Launch / early containment activity implementation and reports.
试生产和量产初期品质活动的策划和实施。
Respoible to quality management and promotion and assurance for the mass production.
量产产品的品质策划、管理、提升和保证。
Respoible quality data collect, analysis and correct action plan for the projects and mass production.
负责新项目和量产品的品质数据收集、分析与改善。
Respoible for the management and monitoring of C(internal, customer complai, supplie), set up 8D and 5W reports.
负责不合格问题的管理和监控（工厂内部、客户抱怨、供应商），制定8D及5W报告。
Respoible supplier management and evaluation.
负责供应商品质管理、评价。
Respoible quality ipection specification training for production and QC.
负责对生产和检查员进行品质标准的培训。
Respoible set up the test plan, MSA plan, SPC plan, process audit plan, products audit plan and carry out all of the pla.
负责新项目和量产品产品实验计划、MSA计划、SPC计划、过程审核计划、产品审核计划的制定与实施。
Quality Planning carry out: Process Flow Charts, Process FMEA, Process Control Plan and Pre-Launch Control Plan, Work itructio /Ipection itructio.
质量计划的制定：过程流程图、过程FMEA、过程和试生产控制计划、进料检验标准/记录、产品检验标准/记录、出货检验标准/记录、检具使用说明/记录、试验设备使用说明/记录的制定。
Comply with Quality Manager arrange temporary or other work task.
服从领导安排临时或其他工作任务。
Skills requirements – 技能要求
At least 3 yea relevant automotive industry / ISO TS 16949 experience 。
三年以上汽车行业及ISO TS 16949 相关工作经验；
High level undetanding and use of 2D drawings / 3D CAD files, GD&T.
熟练掌握阅读2D/3D CAD 文件图纸，GD & T 的标准等技能；
Experience / knowledge in Quality planning / APQP tools / PPAP / statistical tools (SPC / MSA…).
具有质量计划/APQP工具/PPAP/统计工具（SPC/MSA）等相关知识技能及工作经验。
Experience / knowledge with the following areas - an advantage:

High level English communication.
