Essential Duties and Respoibilities –
1. Coordinates production, distribution, warehousing, and maintenance activities in accordance with policies, principles, and procedures established by General Manager.
2. Confe with custome and representatives of associated industries to evaluate and promote improved and expanded services in area.
3. Develops pla for efficient use of materials, machines, and employees.
4. Reviews production costs and product quality, and modifies production and inventory control programs to maintain and enhance profitable operation of plant.
5. Recommends budgets to production management.
6. Respoe for all production employees working arrangement, evaluation and work shift organize work.
7. Efficiency control to the production OT.
8. Provide organization chart and recruitment plan for production employees.
9. Coordinates with supplie to fix maintenance, electrician and other problem happened during production.
10. Other production and management work assigned by leader.
Supervisory Respoibilities –
11. Be respoible for the overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of production units. Also directly supervises all production superviso, and all operato. Carries out managerial respoibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws.
