职位描述:
Main Tasks / Respoibilities:
1.Optimal work load reduction of respoible executive: Coordination and following-up of appointments; Preparation, completion and minutes of meetings; Dealing with correspondence; Telephoning; Writing acknowledgements and certificates; General secretarial and administrative tasks;
2.Looking after visito: Organizing accommodation and catering for guests; Managing their pick-up and trafer
3.Organizing business trips: Drawing-up and dealing with applicatio for business trips; Arranging accommodation and trafer; Flight booking and reimbuement monthly
4.Drawing up and keeping of statistics
5.Keeping appointments
6.Dealing with the mail, express: Receiving and sending out the express; Express reimbuement monthly
7.Arranging boss’s working schedule: Put the appointments into calendar for boss and reminding
8.Tralation: Writing and speaking
9.Compliance with all relevant legal, agreed and internal standards: Awareness of and compliance with quality standards and guidelines; Awareness of and compliance with safety regulatio
10.Position Respoibility: Relevant environmental aspects control, programme implementation
11.Input of HR data: To help HR colleagues to input HR data
12.Prepare presentation materials&HR documents

14.Fixing all other tasks assigned by

Qualificatio required / Knowledge:
1.Highest level of education: Bachelor
2.Vocational training / functional direction / degree: English language
3.Further training / functional direction / degree: English language & C&B
4.Work experience: 2 yea
5.IT: Office software
6.Key qualificatio: Strong communication skills, Good at/English/Chinese, Supportive to other department
