Job Description:
-To make the vouche of payroll, general ledger, fix assets, and other expee allocation or accrual
-To recognize fix assets and depreciation properly, manage fix assets process and physical count
-To calculate and validate actual production cost, eure actual cost in line with budget and forecast properly
-To eure the accuracy of inventory records, review risk inventory analysis and suggest on provision
-To review all balance sheet and P&L accounts before closing, eure all of accounting treatment accurate and compliance with local government and company’s policies
-To eure timely completion of month end closing with high quality
-To manage the gap difference between PRC and IF
-To prepare accounts reconciliation, and eure proper follow-up
-To prepare monthly reports, statistics reports and other reports required
-To eure management report completed timely with high quality
-To assist audit from external and internal
-To participate in continuous improvement on process optimization
-Other ad hoc assistance to manager as required
Requirements:
-Bachelor degree or above in finance or accounting
-Intermediate Accountant
-At least 5 yea’ experience, including costing and GL accounting in MNC
-Be familiar with SAP and office, especially excel
-Good English both in oral and written
-Strong communication and interpeonal skills
-Be familiar with local and IF accounting principles, solid finance knowledge and strong analysis skill
-Initiative, logic thinking and strong see of teamwork
