ACCOUNTABILITIES

？The prime respoibility is to direct and manage multiple concurrent engineering projects.

？Decide on equipment, materials and subcontract sources.

？Perform machining and tooling capability studies.

？Modify processes to enhance operation productivity.

？Respoible for engineering desig and subsequent product and process.

？Identify the requirements for the changes and needs to do the enhancements or changes.

？Assign, train, develop and supervise work of engineering department

？Work with peonnel from manufacturing, engineering and quality departments to keep projects on schedule.

？Assist in new product development, product improvement, process improvement and tooling development/improvement.

？Bring down cost and improve quality of in house machined components to be cost and quality competitive with outside supplie while providing shorter lead times

？Manufacturing Engineering to facilitate incorporation of current manufacturing practices into new desig and improve manufacturability of existing products; Quality Control to assist in the resolution of manufacturing problems; to work with Purchasing Department to assist in qualification of new vendo and in resolving technical problems with vendo. Maintain aggressive risk management.

SKILLS, EXPERIENCE, QUALIFICATIO

？Bachelor degree in mechanical engineering or related

？5-8 yea of working experience in engineering.

？Minimum 5 yea management or supervision experience

？10 yea work experience in assembly/ CNC operatio and manufacturing tooling support

？Must have exteive knowledge/experience in precision CNC machining of aluminum components.

？Experience with and ability to use Microsoft Office software for communication and record keeping is a must

？Good reading, writing and speaking ability in English.
