根据三维模型编制高效率切削的数控程序。

跟踪样件制造和试生产，并解决制造问题。

标准化刀具以减少刀具的种类。

支持产品首件提交和批准进入批生产

ACCOUNTABILITIES

Recommends the equipment and tooling selection with cost competitiveness to support the business profitability.

Creates process 3D models and CNC programs with high cutting efficiency.

Follows up the sampling and production trial and resolves manufacturing issues.

Standardizes the cutting tools to reduce the tool categories.

Builds up the tool library with optimized cutting paramete.

Supports the product Fit Article submission and approval for the product into production

技能、经验与资质

能熟练编制数控机床程序，必须有两年以上数控机床操作经验，含数控车及加工中心。

能熟练使用三维软件，有HyperCAD和HyperMILL优先。

必须熟悉FANUC数控系统，另有其他数控系统经验优先。

必须有测量的基础知识。

必须熟悉零件材料、刀具材料和刀具参数。

必须有团队工作精神且善于沟通。

SKILLS, EXPERIENCE, QUALIFICATIO

Must be proficient in CNC programming, must have 2 yea’ experience in CNC machine operation, including CNC lathe and machine center.

Must be proficient in 3D model software, prefer experience in HyperCAD和HyperMILL.

Must be familiar with FANUC control system, additional NC control system experience is a plus..

Must have knowledge of measurement basics.

Must be familiar of part material, cutter material and tool paramete.

Must have team work spirit and good at communication.
