Main Respoibility

1.The Maintenance Expert for mechanics is in charge of all maintenance and repair activities – mainly for assembly lines, compresso, air condition - in the production plant of PHP.

2.Preparing and executing maintenance pla for semi-automatic assembly lines, technical plant equipment.

3.Fault-finding in case of break dow on assay line and technical equipment.

4.Maintaining/updating failure catalogue of equipment.

5.Repairing broken down machines, if necessary together with external companies.

6.Supervising external companies.

7.Planning, executing and documentation for new technical itallatio.

8.Spare parts management for technical equipment.

9.Complete the tasks assigned by leade.

Qualification:

1.Bachelor degree and above.

2.Education as mechanical or process or manufacturing Technician or Engineer.

3.Mechanical or process or manufacturing Technician or Engineer.

4.At least 5 year working experience in a mass production company with complex and semi-automatic assembly lines.

5.Fluent reading and interpretation of technical documentation in English.

6.Further know-how concerning Sieme S7 programming preferable.
