Main Respoibility

1.Self-respoibility for all technical matte (design, prototyping and testing) of electrical water pumps projects (from initial quotation phase until start of serial production).

2.Control of the core team in a matrix organization.

3.Market-oriented management of the projects.

4.Independent control of customer projects.

5.Coordination and cooperation with other internal departments.

Qualification:

1.Graduated as Dipl.-ing. / master of Science (focus on mechanical engineering).

2.Very good knowledge in the execution of projects until the series introduction.

3.Very good knowledge of the core processes of project management.

4.Technical basic knowledge in the fields of design, or mechanical engineering.

5.Experience in the automotive field, min. 5 yea.

6.Team player also able to promote teamwork in a complex and international business environment.

7.Thoughtful and confident behavior.

8.Strong analytical approach.

9.Fluency in English, German is a plus.

10.Willing to stay longer time abroad for training purpose.

11.Frequent business trips.

12.Software: SAP, Lotus Notes/Outlook, MS-Office, MS-Project.
