职位描述:
Professional skill requirement: (Including certificates, etc.) Bachelor or over degree in Education, language or Human resource or Mechanic major;
Experience in HR training area for at least 5 yea;
Basic knowledge of HR modules;
Trainer certificate is a must;
Good command of oral and written English (German language knowledge is an advantage);
Software knowledge: MS-Office (especially PPT knowledge), SAP is an advantage.

Further Training for Employee

Training regulatio drawing up and updating
Training budget control and actual cost record
Coordinate with each department for training
Training Request Analysis
Certificate by Law training arrangement and management
Contact, evaluate, choose and manage the training organizer
Training Material management
Certificates management and controlling
Analysis of Training feedback of Trainee
Internal Trainer development and management
Training Causes development and management
Training contract updating
Sign the training contract with train
