Job introduction:

· Lead operation team on daily operation to meet client’s KPILA

· Identify cost saving project opportunities, and lead team to achieve annual saving target.

· Follow client requirement & operation status, adjust the corresponding model and provide the best solutio to client.

· Keep good relatiohip with client, coordinate and solve issues between client and operation team, and lead team to provide high quality service.

Key Accountabilities:

· Day-to- Day operation supervision to eure KPILA achievement

· Lead regular performance report, and review operation performance with client regularly.

· Work with global team on best practice sharing, information exchange, saving opportunities identification, etc.

· Coordinate and solve issues between client and operation team

· Drive process excellence

Required Skills:

· At least 2-3 yea sourcing and procurement manager experience.

· Experiences in Souring & procurement, saving opportunities identification and saving projects execution.

· English TEM8 or CET6 with excellent English oral and written communication skills.

· Strong change management skills and good relatiohip management skills.

· Expertise in Excel, PowerPoint with excellent analytical and reporting skills.

· Experience in manage more than 20 people team or CPM certification is preferred.

· ERP software proficiency is preferred (SAP/ORACLE, etc.)
