?Manage end to end sales incentive commission process for AP and Drive efficiency and effectiveness of the process
?Implement Geo sales incentive policy and guidance and handle exceptional process
?Eure accurate and on-time commission payout by AP I&C team
?Lead sales commission analysis and review with AP senior leadehip.
Position Requirements:
?Minimum Education: Bachelor degree
?Preferred Education: Economics, Finance, Biz Mgmt related field ?Minimum Experience: 8 y working experience or above
?Preferred Experience: Min 5 yea of sales ops, biz analysis related experience
?Language Skills: Fluent in English and strong verbal and written communication skills
?Other Skills/preference: Strong interpeonal skill and keen attention to details ?Familiar with Excel and Power point skills, including the use of formulas and pivot tables in Excel reporting
