Qualificatio:

1, Bachelor degree or above, mechanical engineering & manufacturing background could be a plus.

2, Minimum 3 yea experience in project management , and preferably 2 yea in automotive,

3, Good knowledge of plastic injection molding, chrome plating & painting experience is preferred,

4, Familiar with ISO/TS16949/QS9000 system.

5, Knowledge of APQP, PPAP, SPC,MSA,etc

6, Fluent in written & spoken English.

7, Good people skill, smart and self-motivated;

Job Descriptio:

1, Managing all aspects of programs from kick off to mass production, including tooling, gage/fixture manufacturing, mold trials, engineering changes, packaging design, launching, mass production and shipping.

2, Establishing APQP, FMEA, Control Pla, PPAP packages etc, preparing PSO or Launch Books for programs.

3, Monitor and report the project schedule & timing, and eure all the deliverables and milestones are met.

4, Acting as the leader to coordinate team membe in cross-functional departments, and serve as local team's liaison with NA manage or clients,

5, Identify and resolve issues rising in mass production if needed.

6, Update APQP documents timely, perform phrase review and provide action plan, lead the PPAP ru, PSO ru, and Mass Production ru.
