Job Description
1. Develop and manage marketing strategy and budget to meet both short-term and long-term company objectives.
2. Lead internal team membe and agencies where appropriate to execute all communication activities and public relatio including but not limited to marketing materials, advertising, partnehip development, direct mail, marketing events, press releases, web site management etc.
3. Create, evaluate and negotiate the marketing campaig. Manage tracking, reporting and analysis of marketing campaig and programs.
4. Build, develop and motivate a strong marketing support team to eure the company reaches goals through diveified marketing channels.
5. Lead the team to design and execute market research and analysis on competito, potential markets and market trends.
6. Build and maintain strong relatiohips with internal and external key stakeholde by euring proper messages of company beliefs, values and representation are conveyed.
7. Contribute to the total effectiveness of the company, communicating openly, solving problems proactively, offering creative ideas and working as a positive, engaged team member.
Requirements
1. Univeity degree and above, major in business, marketing, communication or related fields.
2. 10+ yea working experience in marketing function including more than 3 yea in management position.
3. Marketing management and strategic planning experience.
4. Detail-oriented with ability to manage projects from inception through execution.
5. Good analytical skills and see of respoibility.
6. Good English skills in both written and spoken.
