DuluxGroup reports its financial results to the market under five operating segments :Paints and Coatings Australia and New Zealand, Coumer and Cotruction Products, Garage Doo & Opene, Lincoln Sentry, and othe.
This position reports to China Sourcing Manager. And work for & support Branch Company of Dulux Group in Australia to maintain and grow business, working location in Jiading District. Daily work Colleagues are 95% foreigne and make the communicatio via emails most and calls always, product are mainly paint accessories, hand tools, concrete machine.

Respoibilities:

1. Work together with AU supply chain team to place orde to Supplie, and following up orde to eure for on-time delivery with supplier and 3rd party Forwarder
和澳洲供应链部门合作,跟进下给供应商的订单并和确保订单按时和第三方货代定船交货。
2. Work together with supplie to look for improvement solutio to optimize the supply process, including lead-time reduction, appropriate MOQ, favorable payment term, inventory preparation, etc.
和供应商合作并努力优化供应流程和公司和供应商的合作条款, 包括改进供应商的交期,MOQ,付款方式,和原材料备货库存。
3. Project follow up with AU marketing and China supplier
协助澳洲市场部门和中国供应商进行新项目开发或跟进。
4. New supplier sourcing and factory Audit/visit.
开发新的供应商并拜访供应商进行初步验厂。
5. Cost saving and supplier management.
为公司减少项目费用,供应商的日常管理。
6. Other tasks line manager assigned.

Univeity graduated, or equal leveled education, preferred in Major Foreign trade, English, business management or machinery.
大学专科以上学历,外贸, 外语,管理,机械相关专业。
Working Experience:

At least 4-5 yea working experience in relative area (priority)
至少4-5年相关外贸采购工作经验。
Competences:

Product background, Good computer skills and SAP system knowledge ( preferred)
有相关的产品背景,良好的计算机使用能力,希望有SAP系统使用知识。
Can work independently.
