职位描述:
1. Coordinate Yearly Hiring plan and team organization structure define & modification
2. Facilitate and strictly people hiring control in line with Conti group standard and labor laws and regulatio etc.
such as: e-PR system implement, includes: Fix, temp, intern all kinds headcount
3. Define & review professional standard / policy regarding people hiring
4. Open positio fulfillment in line with actual agreed requirements
5. Controlling recruitment quality with professional ways ( includes, related improvement projects implementation)
6. Regular review Job discription with professional standard at new hire, mobility, job trafer situatio happen
7. Organize the efficiency ways for people hiring and also good contribution for recruitment cost controll
8. Upgrade hiring process to be more attractive and effiency way;
9. Plant level trainee project, ie, vacation school trainee project, PI Trainee project, Engineering Trainee project
10. Global Trainee Projects
11. Regional Projects, ie, APAC C&D, Trainee Projects etc.
12. Campus recruitment
13. Net working with Conti-AG
14. Net work with local government bureau related
15. Plant conference / ceremony related activities support ( such as plant opening ceremony)
16. Staffing status / indicator / mobilty data report
17. Conti China or Central related functional report
18. Site related
19. Communication related; eg. Newsletter;
20. Team activities; dg. Annual party, family day etc...
21. CIM etc…
22. offer support for other team functional jobs.
职位要求:
1. Bachelor Degree and above
2.Min. 3 yea working experience in HR related function in WOFE Manufacturing plant

4.Leadehip experience
