岗位职责:
?In line with company development strategies and budget, make recruiting plan and implement.
?Establish better recruiting procedures.
?Take full respoibilities of recruitment activities with effectiveness and efficiency including position advertisement, CV preparation, interview and assessment; offer negotiation, health check etc.
?Build up and maintain effective recruitment channels including but without limitation to newspaper, website, campus, labor market, etc.
?Candidates’ sourcing and talent pool creating to fill hiring needs, cotantly improve quality.
?Analyze market labor changing trends.
?Make offer proposal and offer letter after identifying the final candidates.
?Work closely with functional departments to define or update job description for new and current positio
?Arrange new employees’ orientation before onboard date.
?Analysis on department performance, coordinating with training team to exploit coues.
?Support the implementation of the overall Learning & Development strategy, co-deliver learning solutio to contributo and beginner audience to engage the learner, encourage participation, and produce desired outcomes.
?Supports a learning environment with advance preparation, cotructive feedback, and respoe to learner needs.
?Participate in optimizing and smoothing performance appraisal system under the direction of UFH concept
?Respoible for implementing the performance management program, organizing line departments to set performance objectives, doing performance appraisals,
?Collect and summarize data for doing statistics analysis upon with performance results, then give feedback or professional supports to manage.
Collect overall C&B data, help to indentify kinds of positio in the market, which is foundation of making fair and reasonable C&B programs
?Couels manage on individual salary treatment under C&B policies and employee’s performance.
?Participate in developing and recommending C&B programs, policy and procedures, monitor their effectiveness, so as to provide competitive reward to employees as well as manage employment cost (SWB) effectively.
?Collect and summarize data for C&B monthly payroll processing.
?Handle payroll related issues including data tramission and IIT report.
?Very well know the national and local labor-related laws and regulatio, as well as policies of UFH, respoible for adapting, implementing them and giving coultation to custome, so as to make sure the operational practices comply with legal frames.
?Handle work permit and visa process for expat staff as required
?Maintai strictest confidentiality.
?Performs related work as required.

1. Bachelor level degree
2. 5 yea working experience in HR functio
3. English & Chinese language ability
4. Computer skills: Windows, MS Office, Internet
5. Skill in establishing and maintaining effective working relatiohips with employees and the public.
6. Can work independently and take job initiative
