Role Respoibilities:

?Evaluates, recommends, and implements automated test tools and strategies.

?Work collaboratively with technology teams and key stakeholde from all disciplines to design and create test pla, test data, automated test scripts, and test scenarios

?Research technology trends and bring a breadth of performance testing experience and best practices to the company

?Executes performance tests and reports/analyses results.

?Analyzes test cases and test strategy and recommends improvements.

?Be able to use the standard performance tools in addition to non-standard performance tools

?Test software and systems for performance integrity and analyze results of production performance simulatio

?Provide recommendatio to improve the production performance of applicatio

REQUIREMENTS:

?Bachelor Degree or above in Computer Science and Technology.

?5+ yea of experience performance testing and tuning high volume web-based applicatio and services with emphasis in web site and portal technologies.

?Working knowledge of .Net 2.0 or later and C#.

?1+ year work experience in Software Development is big plus

?Experience with SQL databases programming. Working knowledge of MS SQL Server 2008 is a plus.

?Working knowledge of XML, web services or message oriented middleware is a plus.

?English is required.

?Very good communication and interpeonal skills in an international environment.

?Good knowledge of Performance testing including testing procedures and methods.

?Expertise in at least one performance testing tool (JMeter, Loadrunner or equivalent).
