Position Summary:

The Business Analyst is the key liaison between the business and IT Team. This is a highly visible position, as the analyst elicits and drives requirements and initiatives from the business. The analyst should have a strong attention to detail and can accurately document the requirements, acceptance criteria and application operation guidelines for the system.

Position Respoibilities:

1. Interface with the field sales and IT team;

2. Focus on building the processes, systems and reporting necessary to measure key performance indicato for the sales team in China, Hong Kong and Taiwan;

3. Communicate effectively with both the field sales team in order to collect feedback on process difficulties and eure correct usage of tools as well as asking for necessary improvements on the tools if needed;

4. Take primary ownehip for the requirements from initial creation to change management, tralation , documentation and communication of requirements to the corresponding stakeholde;

5. Support all sales applicatio including CRM,comLIMS and eLIMS;

6. Respoibile on providing necessary training to sales team on all applicatio used by the sales team;

Position quolification:

1. Proficiency with SQL, Excel;

2. Excellent communication and presentation skills;

3. Solid verbal and written communication skills.
