Respoibilities：

- ImplementatioItallation and administratiomaintenance on all aspects of IT infrastructure services with focus on availability,

reliability and manageability following Trelleborg IT standard processes in coordination with respoible IT management.

- Support of asset management processes following defined Trelleborg Policies and IT standards.

- Identifies, diagnoses, and resolves IT infrastructure incidents as the fitingle point of contact for all Trelleborg use.

Communicates known solutio to end-use in a user-friendly and professional manner. Administration and reporting of user

service requests as defined by IT management.

- Escalate incidents to next level support when the solution is unknown or cannot be solved within defined time frames.

- Education of use based on Trelleborg processes to make optimal use of Trelleborg business systems.

- Active contribution to Global Competence Team group activities where required.

- Implementation of and adherence to Trelleborg IT policies and standards like IT code of conduct, Trelleborg code of conduct and

technical IT standards.

- Problems, solutio, results of project work as well as any elaborated results within the area of respoibility must be documented

in an undetandable manner.

- Contribute ideas to improve IT processeservices.

- Work collaboratively with othe to achieve group goals.

Experience:

- Associates degree of computer science or Bachelo degree. Equivalent combinatio of IT education, experience, and

certification will be coidered.

- A minimum 3 yea’ experience of working in a preferably global IT organisation supporting Microsoft platforms underlined by

respective systems support training certificates, such as; MCP, MCSE or equivalent.

- Additional WALAWLAN infrastructure experiences or any other technical certificatio are an advantage.

- Proficiencies in English language preferable. Example, in China, College English Test (CET) is preferably 6 and above.
