Position：Automotive tooling market manager

Report to: Market manager

Dedicated to develop and promote SikaAxson’s product in automotive tooling market such as the application in model making、prototype. Optimizes & organizes profitable sales growth of the resi business in mainland China

Directs sales team for Key account development.

Collect relevant composite market information and make the market approaching plan.

Cooperate with sales team by technical and marketing support and focus on the business development in automotive market in China

Cooperate with the expert in headquarter as project leader for new product and new process introduction in automotive tooling market

Work with R&D and technical department to follow up new developed products and process in automotive tooling market

Qualificatio & Requirement:

Bachelor or master in polymer composites, Chemical or other technical related area. An additional degree in marketing or business is a plus.

Minimum 5 yea experience in tooling or composite.

Good knowledge in product application and technical process of tooling or composite

Strong communication and interpeonal skills，Hard work and team work spirit are necessary

Fluent in oral and written english

Good knowledge and skills on office software
