?Optimization of the existing processes (re-write process, use existing indicato and put actio in place to improve them)

?Analysis of dysfunction in production

?Define new indicato to measure the quality level and put in place actio to reach objectives

?Make literature researches to improve our process (machine, equipment, tools handling, …)

?Securing of processes

-Be a connection between R&D and Production: Trial Unit

?Intend to the fit industrial batch

?Put in place the new process (mixing time, handling, equipment)

?Work with R&D to meet products specificatio

-Write processes (English + Chinese)

-Make trainings for worke:

?Good Manufacturing Practices

?New process on machine (new equipment, improvement of existing process)

?Reminder of existing processes

?Safety on machine

Qualificatio & Requirement:

Bachelor or master degree technical field.

Experience in industry (3-5 yea), in a process or chemical factory.

Hands on work.

Strong communication and interpeonal skills，Hard work and team work spirit are necessary

Good level in oral and written english
