Job Description of Administrator
We are seeking an office Administrator, working in our Beijing office, who will be reporting to our office Manager directly as well as to our HR department in London head office. Your job contents as below
1. Respoible for staff enrollment and resignation documents preparation;
2. Office supplies management; eure administration expees within budget;
3. Update company licees and related file management;
4. Respoible for China Staff’s annual leave and attendance records;
5. Maintain the relatiohip between BJ office /CIIC/Bank and Travco London HQ.
6. Monthly payment trafer;
7. Respoible for receiving &delivery express.
Job Requirements
Bachelor degree, 1-3 yea related work experience would be advantageous.
Fluent English
High see of respoibility
Detail oriented
Self-motivated, well –organized, and problem solving skills;
Good MS Office skill.
Starting salary- RMB 4000 before tax depends on experience.
