Job description
We are searching for a Contract Manager to be based in Beijing Office. As the Hotel Contract Manager you will be managing a team and contracting appropriate hotels in the Far East destinatio, assuming a range of respoibilities for the revenue growth in the markets. You will be required to travel occasionally to visit hotels to strengthen the product knowledge and develop closer business relatiohip. Candidates will only be coidered with 3 yea similar experience.
Starting salary: RMB 10000-15000 (per month before tax)depends on work experience.
Respoibilities:
- Accomplishing department objective by managing staff; planning and evaluating department activities
- Maintaining staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees; maintaining a safe, secure, and legal work environment; developing peonal growth opportunities
- Accomplishing staff results by communicating job expectation; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results; coaching, couelling, and disciplining employees; developing, coordinating, and enforcing systems, policies, procedures, and productivity standards
- Establishing strategic goals by gathering pertinent business, financial, service, and operatio information; identifying and evaluating trends and optio; choosing a coue of action; defining objectives; evaluating outcomes.
- Maintaining professional and technical knowledge of hotels and tourism market in the China and Asian markets
Duties:
- Negotiating and contracting of rates, special offe, allocation, release periods, overrides, terms & conditio with hotels, euring the best rates and availability; in both new properties and also re-contracting existing agreements
- Identifying and bringing on new hotel partne
- Analysing the product of competito in order to eure the best conditio in the market
- Analysing weekly product/ sales reports to identify market trends and coordinating with freesale team to grow the revenue/ room nights sales
- Analysing in resolving complaints and administrative with the Head Office Reservation and Customer Service teams
- Coordinating with Sales, Reservatio and Account teams to eure smooth operation
- Establishing, nurturing and developing hotel relatiohip and accounts
- Preparing market strategy and an annual market plan

- Ability to work under pressure and to meet deadlines
