职位描述:
-Fully managing and maintain payroll processing on monthly basis for all UBS China entities
-Perform required tasks and validation steps to eure payroll production completed timely and accurately.
-Work closely with payroll vendor for data traaction, calculation, reconciliation
-Prepare and delivery monthly payroll journal report to Finance per requirements
-Manage expat staff payroll process, including non-taxable allowance benefit program implementation and awer inquires
-Work closely with regional HRIT team for payroll system interface setup, maintain and revising per request
-Closely monitor all the regulatory policy change including tax, social benefit etc. whichever may impact payroll process
-Collaborate with each entity Finance to complete payroll banking process
-Support other payroll related activities such as payroll auditing
-Other works assigned by manager
Experience:
-At least 3-5 yea payroll experience, with inteive payroll expertise including competency on managing complex payroll platform and knowledge on payroll
-Good/Fluent English speaking skills, good English writing/listening skills
-Preferable to be able to master ADP SAP system
-Attention to details
-Multiple task skills
-Good customer service and communication skills
