Job Description :
The job holder is required to verify tasks as dual control (4-eye); eure the accuracy, timeliness and compliance of operatio; periodical review workflow, SOP and control points and update when necessary; support team efficiency improvement and cost saving; report any irregularities and timely escalate to supervisor or line manager; complete other tasks line manager assig, daily job will include:
-Client document verification and management including account opening, doc update and account closing.
-Client information maintenance, documentation filing and management
- Managing client communication including client statement preparation
-Pre-checking on client credit document prepared by client advisor according to internal procedure and checklist to eure the application document is in compliance with DOA, document provided is in completeness
-Document pre-checking for loan disbuement, repayment or exteion
-Certifying reports for internal clients on a regular basis, ie. daily credit monitoring report to credit risk management and business
-Respoible with relevant regulatory reporting.
- The contact window of projects in relation to OPS client service process.
- Participate in EM OPS relevant events.
- Respoible with streamlined process of client service.
Candidate Requirements & Key Criteria Important for this Role:
-Bachelor degree OR above in a relative discipline or holder of relevant professional qualificatio
-Min 4+ yea client onboarding experience in the financial industry is required, product knowledge covering RMB FX/MMtandby LC, Loan and WM investment products, ie. QDII, DCI and MF.
-Good English communication & writing skills.
