Key Respoibilities:

？ Leads Asset Integrity program (AIG) in site, eures relevant legislatio, regulatio and AN’s HSE&S standard strictly followed;

？ Develops long-term preventive maintenance strategies for continued improvement on maintenance service systems;

？ Identifies bad acto with plants cotantly, to minimize unplanned downtime, anticipate and solve problems by using RCPS in a timely manner, and to identify opportunities for improvement;

？ Eures best practices are documented by SWS and wide spread within site;

？ Support department manager to complete the yearly maintenance budget, as well as the long term asset budget;

？ Develops and maintai reliability performance through establishing KPIs;

？ Provides technical expertise and training support to Maintenance Execution Team;

？ Assesses engineering staff competency levels veus site requirements, and identifying training/hiring needs. Eure high utilization of staff;

？ Lead continuous improvement projects (MOC, Minor capital projects);

？ Respoible for safety management of site resident contracto and maintenance service supplie, conducts annual review of contractor performance by closely working with procurement;

？ Maintai liaison with contracto and service supplie on matte of mutual interest (e.g., compliance with standards, specificatio, or regulatio, awareness of latest technical developments).

Key Requirements:

？ Univeity/academic level with chemical engineering major or equivalent;

？ Above 8 yea reliability experience and 5 yea of experience in maintenance supervising position in the petrochemical or refinery industry;

？ Expertise knowledge in one or multiple engineering disciplines, L6S methodology referred;

？ Good practical working knowledge of maintenance turnaround scope definition, planning, and execution strategies;

？ Familiar with reliability engineering methodologies & tools, e.g. OEE, RCM, FMEA, RCA, SAP PM;

？ Good communication and coordination;

？ Good command in English written and oral;

？ Strong problem solving & result driven;

？ Good leadehip.
