职位描述:
Requirements,
1、Bachelor degree.
2、Minimum 8 yea’ working experience at HR area.
3、Minimum 4 yea’ training department leader experience.
4、Excellent communication and presentation skill both in oral and written.
5、Good command with Micro software, such as Word, Excel, Project and power Point.
6、Good practice in project management.
7、Good command of English.
8、Certificated trainer.
Main duties,
1、Develop & implement appropriate learning & development policies and procedures for all levels staff which is in line with the corporate strategies.
2、Work closely with HR teams and other dept. heads to develop appropriate career development pla based on the company current and future manpower requirements, and link it with the learning & development program. This includes budget for all activities to be carried out by the learning & development function and eure all training expees are closely in line with the approved budget.
3、Coordinate with external training organization to explore, assess, select, develop and implement cost-effective training programs in line with the identified needs.
4、Coordinate with other departments and HAECO group learning & development team to organize and take action on the people week program annually.
5、Implement the staff survey program every two yea.
6、Implement staff performance review program annually.
7、Develop, monitor the learning & development team membe.
8、Other jobs assigned by the GM-HR.
