Job Description:

Lead a cross-regional team, which membe are locate in Dalian, Kuala Lumpur and India.

Respoible for bid application and management task covering all AP geo, including HTK, ASEAN, ANZ and India. Main process as below:

1, Receive the special bid requests from business partne or sales.

2, Validate the necessary documents/materials. If any information iufficient, get back to guide the requester on problem solving.

3, After gathering all the necessary documents/materials, raise the special bid application to Finance approve.

4, Follow up the bid application until approved/rejected. Send the approved bid quotation to business partner or sales.

The position is required to be familiar with all AP region bid related E2E processes including the different requirements from each country.

The position will be assigned as the key user of strategy CRM system, and play a role of AP business focal to communicate with BT/IT team if any system issue occurred.

The main KPI is to eure 95% of bid requrests be respoed within 24 hou, excluding weekend and holiday.

Requirements:

1 yea or above team leading experience, with strong remote leading and communication skill.

English: fluent, have experience on hosting online team meeting in English.

Bid management experience will be a plus.
