essential job respoibilities

1. to participate engineering review for all new projects and evaluate plating feasibility

协同相关部分对新产品进行电镀可行性分析

2. to participate and finish new projects’ plating quotation and related works

参与并完成新产品的电镀报价及与之相关的工作

3. respoible for new projects’ trial run and process optimization

负责新产品的测试及确定***电镀工艺

4. respoible for plating documentation like fmea, control plan, wi, routing…

负责编制产品的电镀控制计划，fmea ,作业指导书，routing等文件

5. to monitor and cooperate with plating line and chemistry lab on process implementation

协调并监督工艺过程在电镀线及实验室的执行落实情况

6.respoible for plating process improvement, problem solving and assist plating manager for any improvement

负责改进电镀工艺，解决电镀问题并协助电镀经理对整个电镀部门的问题不断改善

7. respoible for plating appearance and performance issues

负责解决电镀外观及性能问题

8. respoible for the training of plating process

负责电镀工艺方面的培训

9. to participate apqp and improve process continually in order to reduce scrap rate and production cost

参与产品先期质量策划；持续改进产品的制造过程，提高产品质量，降低制造成本

10.respoible for problem solving and 8d or 5why report for customer complain

负责分析和解决电镀问题，针对客户抱怨准备8d 或5 why 分析报告

11.comply with ts16949 and ehs system’s requirements

遵从ts16949及环安卫体系的要求岗位要求

岗位要求：

1.college education, major in chemistry, 5 yea experience, and over 3 yea experience in plating chemistry management.

2.good communication skill and team work.

3.carry out duties with limited/no supervision

4.english skill is preferred
