1- Manage the mould tryouts

- Check that the mea of production are in good working condition to carry out representative tryout.

- Check that tools and press standards are compatible.

- Collect the whole tools data and technical files required to carry out the tryout.

- Set-up, organize and carry out the mould tryouts according to the material traformation rules and MECAPLAST tryout

procedures.

- Set-up, organize and carry out the adjustments process sheet and the tryout report

2- Organize the injection technology benchmarking

- Participate in the injection benchmarking training validated by MECAPLAST Group.

- Carry out research of new technologies and know-how.

3- Acquire competence, according to annual targets in order to use techniques & methods in

force in the team

- Propose requests for training and advancement in order to use the techniques and/or methods in force in the team

4- Propose the necessary maintenance of production machines (injection press, assembly

machine and checking fixture) during the tests on the Company production sites.

Requirements:

- know plastic injection molds and process

- familiar with plastic raw material, injection machines

- familiar with automotive parts

- Over 5 yea experience in smiliar position in auto industry.
