职位描述:
1 - Carry out the general accounting
- Record the accounting entries, tracing the operatio that have taken place in his/her scope of respoibility, in line with Group standards and legal provisio
- Put together the annual accounting statement, and all the corresponding documents (tax return, annual accounts, management report, etc.)
- Eure communication with the external audito in his/her scope of respoibility, working with the other departments of the company
- Put together a monthly accounting statement, for reporting purposes
- Put together the monthly cash flow statements (balances, three-month forecasts) and the monthly debt statements
- Check the bank statements
- Regularly check all the accounts and record any necessary correctio
- Put together the periodic tax declaratio (VAT, declaration of exchange of goods)
- Eure debts are paid
- Regularly check the accounts (profit and loss accounts, balance sheets)
2 - Put together the coolidation files
- Put together the coolidation files based on accounting data, and in line with the Group standards
- Put together and monitor the monthly intercompany traaction reports
- Analyse the causes and decide on the appropriate mea and methods for carrying out his/her tasks
