GENERAL STATEMENT OF RESPOIBILITIES:

?Grow opportunities across FMSP products portfolio in both OEM & Tie, by establishing strong technical relatiohips with the custome (focus: GreatWall, BAIC Group, FAW Group) base at all levels.

?Undetand customer’s business strategy and applicatio and how FMSP can participate and how FMSP products apply. Provide in accordance with the customer inputs strong and reactive technical support (quick prototyping, itallation tools, itallation guides…)

?Extend FMSP China Product engineering activity face to the customer for customization of existing FMSP product. Support the design modification, provide prototype if required, and support for drawing & specificatio review with customer.

?Interface with the customer and FMSP product engineering to define and help design and deliver working solutio that fulfill customer requirements. Support existing customer on new product development project under development.

?Find new business opportunities and participate with cross functional teams to drive business closure and execution on new program. Undetand new opportunities for which FMSP may participate but doesn’t currently have a product (new markets) to get the best customer solution

?Support design reviews, both customer and internal, as required; this includes conducting drawing and specification reviews with custome.

?Make recommendatio for changes, enhancements, and improvements. Help develop and refine 'standard' product configuratio that capitalize on the company's strengths and products.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

?Minimum of BS in Technical skills, advanced degree preferred

?At least five yea experience in designing and commercializing product and or process developments, additional sales work experience is plus

?Must have excellent leadehip, sales see and communication skill.

?Must have the ability to lead a technical project.

?Cummunicate in English is required. Knowledge of a third language (Spanish, French, German, or Japanese) is a plus.

?Based in Tianjin, and able to travel 50% of the time

?Need to get the onboard training in Japan for 6 months
