职位描述:
DUTIES AND RESPOIBILITIES:
1.Partnehip Development
-Support to develop partnehip development strategy for Distribution team
-Supporting the training team in research, develop and maintain partne, working to increase the quality of partnehip development, including vocational schools, industrial associatio, deale and workshops etc.
-Research on and foresee trends of vehicle after market, organize and implement partnehip improvement activities in advance
-Support to develop partnehip development strategy for training team, based on in-depth discussion with different sales channels
-Support to develop and maintain potential partner’s database, Identify new potential partne for specific programs & analyzing their program pipelines.
-Lead partnehip development activities, such as visit, event and follow up
-Coordinate with TSC team to facilitate program proposal development, funding priorities, etc
2. Branding Promotion
-Develop and implement distribution and training branding strategy
-Coordinate with internal and external channel to develop and implement branding activities via multi-channle, as Wechat, TSC on-site, etc.
-Develop new opportunities to sell FM products to partne whenever appropriate to maximize brand efficiency
-Work with US and European marketing and training team to collect branding materials and facilities, leverage them to develop local strategy and activities customized to china
-Assist new distribution channel team in developing branding activities and materials by coordinating with marketing department
REQUIREMENTS:
-Minimum of 3 yea experience in commercial position
-Solid marketing knowledge in vehicle after market
-Good ability in using Microsoft Office software, like Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
?High interest on Online and Connect Tool (App, Wetchat, etc..)
-Good communication skills
-Good ability to read & write in English
