Job Respoibility

1.To eure that the company's products and services to meet customer quality requirements, including set up the quality objectives, carry out the corrective and preventive measures, continuous improvement the quality.

2.Analysising and solving the customer feedback problem, eure the effective of the corrective action.

3.Coordination resource for the product advance product quality planning process , review and approval of PPAP documents submitted by the bag, in order to eure the current phase of development meet customer quality requirements.

4.Approval the quality data and report regularly.

5.Lead and direct supplier quality engineer trafer the company's requirements for quality to the supplier, eure supplier correctly undetand and implement all the quality requirements and standards.

6.Establish the project team to solve the major quality problems form supplier, track the result of important corrective action.

7.Respoible for establishing the annual quality control plan, and monitoring the plan implementation.

8.Respoible for the quality problem solving, root cause analyses, corrective action tracking, rework and counterclaim treatment.

9.Direct the production process quality control and related issues.

10.Respoible for regularly quality training to the quality enginee, ipecto, project, engineering and production staffs.

11.Guiding the testing and measuring work, planning the laboratory testing capacity According to the requirements of the company's development ,Supervision the management of test and measurement equipment.

12.Eure establishment and implementation the quality system and quality policy.

13.Carry out the internal audit(system, process and product)and corrective action.

14.Respoible for the introduction the new quality management methods and measures, organize the continuous improvement activities.

15.Report the result of quality management to the top management.

16.Respoible for planning the Department organization, employee deployment, training and development, performance management.

17.Control the cost of department and respoible for the performance of KPI.

Requirement

1.Bachelor degree or above, Mechanical engineering or material engineering

2.Over 10 year experience of quality management in manufacturing industry.

3.Have good Quality knowledge about TS16949 QS, AUTO components product(Stamping, Laser cutting and Welding) and Six Sigma/lean manufacturing.

4.Familiar with most of quality tools.

5.Have good control plan knowledge, organization ability, adhere to principles, etc.

6.Good command of English both writing and oral.
