Job Respoibility-Make the recruitment plan according to the man power plan.-Choose and maintain the recruitment channel.-Collect the candidates information, initially screen the candidates and coordinate the interview.-Recruitment procedure improvement and maintenance.-arrange and review the process of interview.-Handle new employee enrollment and relevant documents,on board guide,welcome letter,enroll process,integration plan-Employee HRIS management.-Manage relevant recruitment documents and manage the talent information reservoir.-Make open position report.
Requirement-Bachelor degree or above.-Over 3 yea experience of recruitment in manufacturing industry.-Demand of recruitment development and management.-Interview skill and identify skill.-Be familiar with China or local labor law and relevant regulation.-Oral and written English.
