职位描述：
岗位职责:
1.Respoible for the layout planning and optimizing of the plant(both include production line and office),make sure the good information flow and material flow, shorter lead time and higher space utilization.
2.Respoible for the working time /cycle time measurement and routing set up, use accurate data to define the stand cost of the product and reflect the real work of the production line
3.Capacity calculation and productivity tracking of the production line , support MFG to improve the efficiency and resource
4.1% dedicate of lean team, Respoible for the lean improvement and development of the company
5.Develop the improvement projects to support the metrics achievement of Lean department
任职资格:
1. At least more than three yea experience of IE and lean improvement
2. Good ability of English writing and speaking.
