Job Description

Lead overall Cisco BU ( BU1, BU2, BU3, BU5 ) as SQE leader to drive on

material and supplier quality improvement

* Lead overall Cisco SQE team as SQE leader

* Drive on material dppm reduction through component KOI monitoring

* Conduct the regular evaluation for supplier quality performance

* Lead on MRB review

* Cost claim from supplie

* Supplier rating and assessment through the QSA / QPA review

* IQC MRB monitoring and driving for CIP

* Support on product safety material compliance
