1. Essential Duties and Respoibilities,

1.1. Quality Management System – Full respoibility for the QMS; maintain of all ISO TS 16949 related requirements, contact with the certification body. Contact with custome on quality related issues, customer's audits. Respoible for the maintenance and improvement of the Organization’s ISO/TS 16949 Quality Management System. Designated by the plant manager to be the management representative for the organization’s ISO/TS 16949 Quality Management System. Provide internal auditing for the Organization’s ISO/TS 16949 Quality Management System. Provide an annual internal audit plan.

1.2. Management of quality team – Respoible to manage on daily basis the quality team (Lab operato, quality superviso, quality engineer)

1.3. APQP – Respoible and provide APQP support through development of Quality Pla for the projects (PFD, control plan, PFMEA, full project file), work cell layout, error-proofing, tooling and equipment tryouts, customer site functional trials, PPAP, and Run @ Rate). Prepares PPAPs for products supplied. Reviews, approves, and files supplier PPAPs. Maintai a working knowledge of Customer Specific Requirements, the ISO/TS 16949 standards, and the AIAG Core Tools

1.4. QC, Ipection, Lab, Measurement and Testing, Calibration – Respoible for QC activities, Lab testing and measurements, lab, ipection and testing equipment maintenance, calibration system, On-going process control and QC process, starting incoming ipection, process setup, in-process ipection and final ipection (release). Applies advanced methods (i.e. SPC) as needed, pla sequence of testing and.

1.5. Non-conformances – Respoible for the management and monitoring of C (internal, customer complaints, supplie Cs). Apply advanced methods for the management of C (containment, analyze causes, corrective and preventive actio, effectiveness), 8D, 5Why, Ishikaua and equivalent methods as applicable.

1.6. Point of contact for quality – to custome and supplie.

1.7. Quality team management (Lab and QC operato).

1.8. Support for APQP and PPAP activities.

2. Skills requirements,

2.1. Education:

- Mechanical engineer

- CQE or equivalent quality education

- Qualification as quality auditor, VDA 6.3 - advantage

2.2. At least 3 yea relevant automotive industry / ISO TS 16949 experience

2.3. High level undetanding and use of 2D drawings / 3D CAD files, GD&T

2.4. Experience / knowledge with the following areas:

- thermoplastic injection molding

- Quality planning / APQP tools / PPAP / statistical tools (SPC / MSA…)

2.5. High level English communication

2.6. High level use of Microsoft Office programs

2.7. The job requires teamwork, professionalism approach and attention to details, excellent communication skill, and ability to handle and solve practical problems, ability to develop and write procedures / work itruction.
