1. Lead and develop the LOCN Purchasing team to get qualified raw & trading materials and services on time & in full in accordance to the material plan released by Planning or other Departments in aligned quality and especially in combination with lowest possible costs.

2. Guide the team to monitor direct and indirect material as well as MRO procurement progress, and timely review the feedback from supplie.

3. Sourcing for new supplie and manage local and global sourcing projects in the APAC region.

4. Analytical evaluation of the market and assurance of a target oriented supplier development (develop, implement and maintain tolls to measure and eure best results in supplier pricing, service -OTIF- and material quality).

5. Conduct price negotiation, NDA (non-disclosure agreement) and contract agreement for new and existing supplie & service provide as well as outsourcing partne.

6. Supplier and Service Provider Contract Management, including negotiation, agreement, termination, replacement and monitoring contracts and NDA (non-disclosure agreement) with Supplie and Service provide in accordance to the rulehs which are given by the Head of BU-APAC and the Head of Global Purchasing.

7. Reduce direct and indirect costs by negotiatio and initiation of suitable projects with inter-divisional teams and supplie.

8. Develop suitable KPI's in coideration of the KPI's of Global Supply Chain and Purchasing team. This KPIs has to be highest level of accuracy and must report timely on a monthly base.

9. Develop, and maintain a continuously supplier evaluation.

10. Execute purchasing Maintenance, Repair & Operatio equipment and services according to the approved application request.

11. Hire, upgrade & coach team membe about skills of communication, negotiation and compliance.

12. Support new product development projects, work with PD team, Commercial Team and Quality Control Team to develop new sources of qualified material as well as alternative & back up supplie.

13. Optimize the existing sourcing and purchasing processes in order to achieve process excellence and shorten procurement lead time.

14. Cooperate & coordinate with Global Supply Chain and Purchasing team in order to get suitable cost effective materials within the global Lohmann network.

15. Development and execution of sourcing strategies in coordination with the Head of Global Strategic Purchasing.

16. Liase with headquarte and supplie on product development and negotiatio.

17. Develop and drive material localization projects and alternative supplier sourcing as well as supplier development projects.

18. Other job assigned by the management team.
