PE foam/聚乙烯泡棉研发工作经验，泡棉研发设计、生产及应用经验，了解胶带相关性能及知识，英文良好，待遇面议。

Main Respoibilities:

1. Development of suitable adhesive and products. Designing complete adhesive solutio and tape cotructure for industrial processes (application, assembly)

2. Project management with sales , AE and marketing focus in Asia, working in a matrix organization to guarantee to deliver suitable products on time

3. Investigate and obtain market, technology information and trends in the industry in China (Asia)

4. Cotruction and design of new products. Monitoring of the scale up to production. Respoible for documentation (MSDS, TDS, RoHs, SGS, IMDS etc.)

5. Cooperate with different PD groups of the Lohmann organisation in assigned projects. Research to expand our product lines and technologies.

6. Update, collaboration and trafer of projects to the relevant interfaces (R&D, sales, production, management).

7. Work independently with material supplier and end use for material solutio.

8. Basic research for technology platform.

9. Patent research and investigation when needed.

10. Provide technical training for internal organization.

11. Other work assigned by the management team

Requirement:

1. Proved Knowledge on foam, polymer material, coating process, test method, and material property analysis, test equipment.

2. Proved experiences in foam design, manufacturing and applicatio for minimum 3 yea

3. Strong Project management skill

4. Work independent and effetive under pressure

5. Solid data analysis capability

6. Master degree is preferred

7. Job experiences in related industry is minimum 5 yea

8. Be familar with LEA6Sigma tools and TS 16949 system
