K3系统的更新
1.采购订单录入

A. Warehouse management
1. Warehouse whole operation control and arrangement
2. Update and revise S&OP; coordinate with workshop.
3. Materials and trading goods management, eure that physical and k3 are in line.
4. Regular Training to warehouse keepe.
5. Regular inventory check for specific materials.
6. 5S and EHS activity supervision
7. Other tasks assigned.
B. Logistics management
1. The contractor management both broker and forwarder.
2. Arrangement for delivery and keep cost in a reasonable level.
3. Collect all info to meet client’s requirement.
4. Bills and invoice checking and payment issue coordination.
7. Urgent issues tackled.
C. ERP system updating.
- Purchase order booking
- Picking list generated when work order released
- Work order booking
