职位描述:
- 负责与供应商就质量方面问题进行沟通,以改善质量问题
- 负责材料检验和验收
- 负责对重要的供应商进行培训,帮助供应商改善质量,控制成本
- 负责对公司供应商的系统、流程进行审核,以确保供应商符合公司的标准
- 处理供应商物料质量问题如电机,驱动设备和其他产品
- 准备材料检验计划,分析材料性能数据
- 帮助供应商提高原料质量
- 材料的最终验收
- 根据公司要求审核供应商资质
岗位要求:
本科及以上学历
机械、电子专业背景
良好的英语听、说、读、写能力
至少5年的机械或电子行业背景的工作经验,3年以上供应商管理的经验
有质量管理体系经验者优先
Education:
?Bachelor degree or above
?Mechanical/Electronic background
?Fluent English in spoken and written.
Professional experience:
?Minimun 5 yea quality work experience in mechanical/electronic industry field, 3+
yea supplier quality management experience.
?Quality system experience is preferred.
Key areas of respoibility:
Communicate with supplier to identify raw material defect issues help to improve quality problems.
Conduct material receiving ipection.
Help key supplie improve their quality, delivery and cost performance by providing technical support and training;
Audit supplie on both system and process to eure they can meet company's requirements.
Main job tasks:
Handle supplier material quality issue for electric motor, driver and other products.
Prepare material ipection plan. Analyze the material performance data.
Help supplier to improve material quality.
Finish material qualification.
Audit supplier per company requirement.
