职位描述:
Respoibility:
1.Through the analysis of market trend, competito and the coume’ behavior, assist marketing director to formulate the overall digital strategy;
2.Respoible for enhancing brand reputation and awareness through various social media;
3.Closely work with both internal departments and external digital agencies(4A), to eure the effective digital communication strategy and campaig;
4.Respoible for various social media platforms (Weibo, Wechat, Website, etc.), launch advertising campaig to reach target;
5.Planning innovative, interesting and efficient social media activity for marketing campaig to enhance brand awareness and sales volume;
6.Formulate SEM plan and manage key words. Optimize the key words through logic analysis to maximize the advertising conveion rate;
7.Develop and maintain online media channel including portal and alliance website, increase ROI by optimize media channel;
8.Analyze advertising effect and formulate paper work.
Requirement:
1.Bachelor’s degree in marketing or relevant major;
2.At least 3 yea’ working experience in marketing department, in FMCG,F&B or advertising agency is preferred;
3.Team work spirit and fluently in English (writteoral);
4.Familiar with front-end tools, digital media, SEO, social media;
5.Strong see of respoibility and detail-oriented;
6.Own a careful thinking analysis ability and analyze data by various software or tools;
7.Effective time management and organizational skills;
8.Strong English communication skills;
9.Intelligent, flexible, positive attitude, and can work under high pressure.
主要职责:
1.通过对市场策略,外卖市场趋势、竞品动态和消费者行为的深入分析,协助市场部总监,制定整体的网络及数字营销策略和计划;
2.通过维护和管理各类网络媒体和社交媒体平台,提升品牌美誉度和知名度;
3.需要与公司内部各部门、外部各类代理商或供应商紧密合作并保持良好关系,以更有效地推进网络及数字营销策略和项目;
4.负责管理与维护各类网络社交媒体平台(包含但不限于微博、微信、官网等),在了解品牌服务基础上,制定社交媒体推广策略和活动;
5.构思创新的、有趣的且行之有效的网络社交媒体活动,进行市场促销或大型活动的推广,推动知名度和购买力的提升;
6.制定SEM投放计划,有效管理大量关键词的投放。通过逻辑分析对投放的关键词广告进行分析和优化,整理优化策略,最大化投放转化率;
7.维护并开发网络媒体渠道,各类媒体的采购及投放(门户网站、联盟网站等),通过不断优化创意及转化方式提升投入产出效果;
8.对于各个网络媒体及社交媒体平台的传播成果和有效互动进行分析,从消费者的反馈中得出结论。
岗位要求:
1.本科学历,市场营销或相关方面专业;
2.3年以上从事市场传播或品牌宣传方面的工作经验,具有快速消费品、餐饮行业或广告公司任职经验者优先;
3.具备团队合作精神,能用英语(书面/口语)自如交流
4.熟悉各类前端技术及工具,对各种网络社交媒体平台熟悉且有操作经验,了解各自不同的功能和特性;
5.富有责任心,注重细节;
6.有缜密的思维分析能力,能够使用各种工具软件进行数据分析;
7.具备高效的时间管理和组织能力;
8.具备熟练的英语沟通能力;
9.积极主动的工作态度,能承受一定的工作压力。
