职位描述:
Duties and Respoibilities:
1.Develop, conduct and maintain monthly market research reports & frameworks;
2.Work with Ops teams and IT teams to fill any restaurant gaps in existing areas;
3.Develop SOPs, including but not limited to: market research, food taste, adding a new restaurant, promoting a new restaurant;
5.In charge of all online and offline events. Develop a system to track which events we get the best feedback from;
6.Find spoo for WeChat and online contests. Create a framework to see what our custome like the best.
7.Add new distribution menu where our custome are;
8.In charge of filling all ad space in restaurant guides and fielding any advertising inquiries;
9.Collect, analyse and decide the best places for Sherpa's to advertise within budget.
Skills and Specificatio:
1.Self-motivated, highly organized and owning excellent communication skills;
2.Fluent in verbal and written English;
3.Strong capability of problem solving;
4.High compressive capacity;
5.Willing to take new challenges;
6.Proficient in MS Office operation.
