Major Accountabilities
Compliance Environment and Practice
?Support in the establishment of compliance standards and compliance frameworks based on internal policies (e.g., Code of Conduct, AP3 and SOPs) and local law and regulatio
?Support the compliance training under the supervision of Legal & Compliance Officer
?Conduct day-to-day compliance reviews and approvals under the supervision of Legal & Compliance Officer
?Develop processes to self-monitor the compliance program
Promote Compliance Standards
?Organize the regular compliance committee and follow up on the action plan
Enforce Compliance Standards
?Conduct compliance risk assessments including third-party due diligence/audits
?Develop processes to self-monitor the compliance program under the supervision of Legal & Compliance Officer
?Support investigatio of alleged misconduct
Key Performance Indicato
1. All compliance standards established and aligned with local regulatiotandards and company-wide policies
2. Local processes and SOPs covering promotional material/content, interactio with HCPs / patients and grants established and monitored
3. All associates trained on Code of Conduct, AP3 and other relevant policies
4. Internal investigation processes implemented and communicated to all associates
5. Compliance-related risk assessment conducted
Ideal Background:
Education: Univeity Degree in business or law or other relevant subject matter
Languages: Mandarin
Proficient in English
Experience:?5-7 yea legal/compliance independent practice experience;
?MNC legal/compliance/audit experience preferred;
?Healthcare industry experience preferred;
?Ability to work in a complex, high growth, matrix environment dealing with continuous change and occasionally conflicting priorities.
